You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature on 4ACE.TV Communities or subject 4ACE.TV services and the content to any derogatory treatment or use them in such a way that would bring the 4ACETV into disrepute or cause its associated companies to incur liability to any third party. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio. Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited. You agree to only submit materials that are your own original work. 4ACETV TERMS \COMPETION TERMS & CONDITIONS
4ACE TV TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This competition is subject to the terms and conditions of 4ACE.TV and participants With 4ACE.TV Channel competition agrees to both these terms and conditions and those of THE COMPETITION programs held by the channel platform or associate brand.
• The competition was held by 4ACE.TV channel or platform is only open to UK residents except stated otherwise during the airing or showcase of the program, excluding employees and their immediate families of 4ACE. Tv or any related companies or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
• Entrants aged under 17 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the competition and provide personal information about themselves.
• No purchase is necessary in order to enter the competition.
• The competition consists of random callers being selected as winders by the show’s guests.
• All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the participant agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• In no event will 4ACE TV or its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, or its, directors, employees, representatives, or agents be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of participating in the competition.
• The Maximum number of one entry per household. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
• Names of the winner(s) may be announced on the show.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the winner being informed unless otherwise stated. If you have not claimed the prize within this time your prize will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another participant or offered in another competition.
• All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
• Prizes are subject to availability and no warranty as to the quality or suitability of any prize is offered. In the event of unavailability, an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.
• Any prize image is merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize being offered.
• By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to receive marketing offers from 4ACETV and/or its sponsors/partners. A participant can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
• All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
